Our Pork is sourced and graded to give a consist balance of meat and fat and of course perfect rind for that lovely crackling.

There are the leg, loin or shoulder joints, loin steaks or the very popular belly, pork in this country is a much under used meat compared to the rest of Europe.
Be adventurous it tastes wonderful and is great value for money!
Bacon and Gammon
This is salt cured or smoked pork, a process which completely changes the taste of the original meat and is so versatile. Not just for bacon sarnies, bacon is also great for adding flavour to soups and stews especially games dishes. Bacon usually comes as Gammon joints, Hocks or as back or streaky rashers, both in green (plain) or smoked.
